The People
We believe in deep partnerships, collaborating with local hosts and hiring local talent to ensure cultural relevance and a strong community connection. We are building strong local teams wherever we play.
Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with an office in Detroit, MI, we bring a global perspective with a local touch.
Adding to our global reach is a strong network of advisors who provide invaluable regional expertise. In the US, for example, we benefit from the insights of Kely Nascimento, Angel Gambino, Amanda Vandervort, Boaz Paldi, Katja Iversen, and Henriette Nielsen. We also collaborate with UN offices in the countries we operate in, aligning our programs with the Global Goals and supporting local development initiatives.

About the League Managers
Women make up around 25-30% of the workforce in sports in the US,. Increasing female leadership in sports will provide a broader talent pool, leading to better business outcomes and financial performance. Our Plan:
We will create more jobs and ownership opportunities for women by introducing the Sensational League in collaboration with clubs and sponsors. Our budget includes hiring three local women to manage the league part-time, with the opportunity to move into full-time roles as the league expands.
The League Managers, including retired players, current players, coaches, and leaders passionate about community engagement, will be educated and paid to run the leagues. Within 2-3 seasons, they can choose to convert to league license owners, fostering long-term career growth and ownership opportunities.
